Philip
Philip is an experienced Senior Executive and has in depth knowledge of the healthcare services market. He currently leads his own Interim Management and Consultancy business. With a successful NHS Senior management career followed by twelve years Director experience gained in the Commercial sector, Philip has had strong exposure to healthcare senior management, including Chief Executive and Regional General Manager posts.
His specialist management experience includes the start up of a UK Healthcare Services division, the turnaround of a large, failing NHS Trust and the creation of a new Managed Services company. A recognised healthcare and IT services expert, Philip has achieved many of his career aims, including:
- As owner of his own Consultancy business, worked with a national Pathfinder site managing a number of short term work-streams to deliver an Outline Business Plan for a new Health and Social Care Social Enterprise.
- Working on another Social Enterprise management consultancy project where he prepared the Project Initiation Document and subsequently the full Business Plan for the organisation.
- As Interim Regional General Manager at Atos Healthcare South West Diagnostics Service, was appointed to deliver immediate improvement in the management of the services, from 26 fixed sites and 5 mobile delivery sites.
- Engaged as managing Director of Harmoni IT Services Ltd, had full profit and loss responsibility for a £7m pa business with 100 staff.
