Executives Online registered candidates can choose to complete a Profile XT™ assessment free of charge*, which will be held by Executives Online and matched against any new roles we are aiming to fill, as well as being used during the shortlisting process. Please note that your profile scores will not be calculated until such time as you are shortlisted for a role. If you wish to see the results before then, please contact us to discuss the cost of obtaining the results.

By obtaining and analysing objective information on your inherent abilities, traits and interests, the Career Coach™ provides suggestions for career options in which you should excel and, more importantly, also enjoy.

The Career Coach™ measures several areas (behavioural traits, occupational interests and thinking style) to evaluate how an individual fits into a particular career path.
