Our search for candidates starts with our global talent bank, a rich resource of over 80,000 executives, drawn from over 160,000 applicants, experienced across all industries and management functions. We will also place confidential advertisements on selected job boards, network through industry contacts, or use other relevant search methods where the role requires particularly scarce or specialist skills.
So that we may devote our best resources to satisfying your requirements, we request exclusivity on the assignment for 21 calendar days from the publishing of the recruitment brief. If, after 21 days, it is apparent to us that we are not finding suitable applicants, then we will inform you in writing.
