Depending on the client's preference and the specifics of the role in question, our permanent recruitment service will follow one of two distinct paths:

Clients choosing the Advertising and Selection service will have access as a "first port of call" to this outstanding network. Where necessary, we will also place confidential advertisements on selected job boards, network through industry contacts, or use other relevant search methods where the role requires particularly specialist or scarce skills.
Our Fast Start service draws upon the 30% (approximately) of candidates in our talent bank who are seeking the right permanent role while simultaneously practicing as an interim manager or freelance executive. This service can operate extremely fast, for situations where the vacancy is imposing a sudden or critical barrier to an organisation's success. Because these candidates are not in permanent employment already, they are happy to approach a new job where the initial months are structured as a contract, paid at a daily rate. Because they have no notice period to serve, they can be available extremely fast – in days rather than months. Following our receipt of a brief, we can deliver a hand-selected shortlist for you to interview within days, meaning a candidate can be on-site and working for you in the space of one or two weeks.
Both services include the development of a detailed brief of each client’s requirements for a role, communication of that brief to the right candidates, advertising (where necessary) & assessment of respondents. This culminates in the presentation of a shortlist of the best candidates for the client’s consideration and subsequent interview.
