His responsibility has extended throughout the Australian, North America, Latin America, Asia, and UK regions or businesses. For Crown Cork & Seal, Paul was based in Paris and Munich.
Throughout his tenure with these two world-leading corporations, Paul's work achieved a step change in culture from non integrated monofunctional local buying to global cross-functional procurement leadership teams. Key brands and products were successfully innovated and re-engineered.
Earlier roles included a 12-year tenure in purchasing for Borden Group, and Paul's work as Purchasing Director for packaging materials manufacturer Huhtamaki Van Leer.
